• Work with your City officials. If they don't know about a problem, they can't fix it.
• Don't assume that someone else has reported the problem, whatever it is, be it  potholes, traffic lights not working, illegal dumping or any other issue. Make the call yourself!
  
• Remember to get a reference number when reporting any issue.
